Olive Properties was launched as a new division of Villa Sancho Properties CC. Owner, Manny Sancho, has been in the property industry for 20 years and has established a strong base in the University Estate, Walmer Estate and Woodstock suburbs. His experience includes assisting buyers and sellers with home and investment purchases, actively advised and contributed to the sale of property developments as well as running an established property rental business.
The rental business is a division of Villa Sancho Properties, dealing with both residential and commercial rentals across Cape Town. It is an experienced team ably led by Manny.
Property developments have been an integral part of Manny's strategy to unite sellers and buyers with their dream properties. He has been involved in the sourcing of opportunities, doing feasibility studies, marketing and sales of a number of new developments. His ethical and personal touch has resulted in representing a number of investors who purchased investment properties in such developments and then managing the rentals of these units via Villa Sancho Properties.
Manny's involvement in sourcing developments also resulted in his exposure to the commercial property sector with opportunities soon following. He has now had experience with commercial sales and rentals for a number of years. These activities have also included personal involvement in the acquisition of a site in Salt River which is currently being upgraded.
With years of experience throughout the vast spectrum of property sectors Manny has now embarked on a new venture - the launch of a new division of Villa Sancho Properties CC - "Olive Properties" led by Manny. Olive Properties will continue to specialise in University Estate, Walmer Estate and Woodstock and will now have the freedom of personally servicing many clients (including buyers and sellers, investors and those seeking rental properties) who have interest in other areas across Cape Town. Manny's ethos of establishing strong relationships with those in the property sector will be the cornerstone of Olive Properties offering.
