His journey began in 1994 under the mentorship of industry leaders, where he specialized in off-plan developments, feasibility studies, and project sales. This foundation gave him a unique understanding of property from the ground up—skills he still applies today.
Manny founded Villa Sancho Properties, a successful rental and management business, and later launched Olive Properties as a dedicated sales division. Together, they offer clients a full-service experience: whether buying, selling, investing, or renting.
He continues to specialize in University Estate, Walmer Estate, and Woodstock, while also serving clients across the City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, and broader Cape Town. Known for his honesty, market knowledge, and long-standing client relationships, Manny is committed to helping people make confident property decisions.
